Vegan Char Siu Bao

VEGAN CHAR SIU BAO! OMG! It was SO FREAKING GOOD! Seb and I made this magical meal using lions mane mushroom for the char siu, and served it paired with sides of Chinese chili crisp cucumber salad and quick charred, then steamed, Shanghai bok choy. There were no left overs and certainly no regrets!
