Vegan Bulgogi and Bacnhan

My father inspired my love and passion for cooking and exploring food, so when the anniversary of my father's passing comes around, I always try to celebrate his memory by cooking and sharing meals that he would have enjoyed and remind me of him. One of my father's most favorite meals was Korean BBQ. So yesterday, Sebastian and I made the most delicious vegan bulgogi and banchan and watched the Ranma 1/2 reboot (possibly the first anime my father introduced me to). I think dad would have been pretty proud of the beautiful spread and would have absolutely loved to help us demolish it all.
